01. Which areas of Dubai do you cover?

02. Can foreigners buy property in Dubai?
Yes. Foreign nationals can buy freehold property in Dubai's designated freehold areas, which include most of the city's popular communities.
03. What does buying off-plan mean?
Off-plan means buying from the developer before the project is completed. You pay in instalments under a payment plan, and payments go into a regulated escrow account for the project.
04. What fees should I expect when buying?
The main cost is the Dubai Land Department transfer fee of 4% of the purchase price. There are also registration and trustee fees, and agency commission on resale purchases. We give you a full cost breakdown before you commit.
05. Can buying property get me a UAE Golden Visa?
Investors who own property worth AED 2 million or more may be eligible for a 10-year Golden Visa, subject to the government's conditions. We can explain the current requirements.
